Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Growl Games, operated under Anjouan Gaming Licence No. ALSI-203810009-FI1. By registering an account you accept the rules summarised below; the complete, binding text is available inside your account and from support on request.

Account Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and play. One account per person; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Growl Games may not be used from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited; it is your responsibility to confirm the law that applies to you.

Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before withdrawals: upload ID proof and address proof after signing up. Verification is normally completed within 1–2 working days. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawals held until documents are approved, in line with our licence and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, and others) and INR (UPI, NetBanking, debit/credit cards). Crypto deposits credit after network confirmation; INR deposits usually reflect within seconds. Crypto withdrawals are processed instantly and INR withdrawals within 15 minutes to a few hours, subject to verification and any active wagering requirements. Network transaction fees on crypto withdrawals are borne by the player.

Bonuses and Wagering

The welcome bonus is a 200% match on the first deposit with a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to convert bonuses, or use of restricted games to clear wagering — may result in bonus and winnings forfeiture. Fair Play

Original games are provably fair (SHA-256 seed verification — see how it works); third-party games run on certified RNG from licensed providers. Use of bots, exploits, arbitrage of software errors, or collusion is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

Responsible Gaming

Deposit limits, self-exclusion, session reminders, and reality checks are available to all players — see Responsible Gaming. Gambling should be entertainment, never a source of income. General

Growl Games may update these terms; material changes are notified in-platform and continued use constitutes acceptance. Complaints are handled by support 24/7, with escalation paths under the Anjouan gaming licence. These summaries do not replace the full terms available in your account.
